Thank you for using our software – Vision Money app and Vision website (https://www.vision.money), developed and operated by Vision Software Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Vision.”

While using our services, personal data or content may be generated. In optimizing services or for data analysis purposes, Vision reserves the right to access such data, provided it does not violate any laws. By using Vision Money, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following terms of use:

Membership Service Restrictions:

Upon completion and confirmation of membership application, Vision will provide services to members based on the services, projects, investment product information, content, status, and features available at that time. Vision reserves the right to add, reduce, or modify any or all of these services, projects, investment product information, content, and features at any time without separate notice.
Vision reserves the right to change free services to paid services and modify fee standards. Changes will be announced on relevant webpages or the app without additional individual notifications.
You agree that Vision may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof), or use of the service for reasons including, but not limited to, lack of usage or violation of the terms outlined in this agreement, with or without notice. In case of service termination, Vision holds no responsibility to you or any third party.

User Account for Single Device Use:

Users provide a unique email address for account login, interaction, and communication purposes. Vision account usage is limited to a single device. Using the same account on multiple devices may result in the suspension of Vision account usage.

Sending Electronic Advertising Emails:

After joining Vision as a member, Vision may use the email address provided by the member to send emails related to Vision products or activities.

Website Links:

Vision provides links to related websites on some webpages. Users can directly visit these websites through the links. However, Vision is not responsible for protecting the privacy of users on these linked websites.

Vision Money Subscription Plans:

Standard Plan (Free):
- Can utilize all features except those related to investment.
- Unable to update securities prices and related data.
Platinum Plan (USD$24.99 per year,):
- Can access all features.
- Unlimited updates for securities product information.
- Try for 14 days for new users by App Store & Google Play
- Auto-Renewal at Expiry on App Store & Google Play.

User Personal Data Changes or Inaccuracies:

Users can request corrections to their personal data or stop receiving certain messages from Vision. Vision has the right to evaluate the severity of the request’s impact on the service before deciding to assist.

Vision is not responsible for protecting the privacy of users on these linked websites.

During the use of Vision, there will be network connectivity for data and program updates through online data transmission.

Vision Money app is available for download on the official Google Play and Apple Store. Vision developers are not responsible for issues and losses resulting from unofficial software downloads.

Usage Restrictions:

You may not engage in actions such as copying, selling, adapting, damaging, interfering, invading, dismantling, or extracting information such as source code and design processes from Vision. All rights, intellectual property rights, and interests related to Vision content and services belong to Vision Software and are protected by the laws of the Republic of China(Taiwan).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

Any legal disputes arising from your use of Vision will be governed by the laws of the Republic of China(Taiwan), excluding the relevant provisions of the Foreign Civil Law Applicable Law Act. You agree to the Taipei District Court as the first-instance jurisdiction for related legal disputes.
